Preparing for Postpartum: Support Group for Expecting Mamas

Are you expecting or know someone who is? Sam is running a psycho-educational support group for expecting mamas in Atlanta who are preparing for postpartum, for your first time or again!

To prepare for the postpartum period, this support group will help moms to

• Develop a postpartum-wellness plan

• Learn self-care and coping strategies

• Build connections with communal support

• Be equipped with a deeper understanding of mental health in the postpartum period

When and where? Tuesday evenings, starting weekly in October. Virtual and in-person (Oakhurst area) options.

Cost? $50 per session, or $275 paid upfront.
